PRODUCT EXCHANGE AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:-

PRODUCT EXCHANGE
  1. On receipt, and while opening the product, the Applicants / Associates must video record the proceeding in order to substantiate his/her claim for such return of the product. In case the Applicants / Associates feels that the products are not of assured quality or if there is any manufacturing or packaging defect, then the Applicants / Associates can exchange/return the products. The Applicants / Associates must contact the Firm within Three (03) Working days from the date of receipt of product. He/she has to provide a valid reason and return the products along with the original invoice or receipt. In such cases, it is the Associate's responsibility to check the date and packaging of the products. Firm has all the rights to reject the plea to refund the amount of products returned, if the Applicants / Associates is repeatedly returning the products. Any product return without submission of video recording shall not be accepted.
  2. The Applicants / Associates can avail only one product out of the various products promoted under the AMS website as AIC with the Firm, till he/she pays the entire amount towards the product booked. The Associate can however Book any other product other than the product booked earlier, that too only once. This is specifically done to discourage Product Dumping. The Applicants / Associates cannot order more than one product from product displayed under various product categories.
  3. The Firm shall not entertain any buy-back query / request.
  4. The Applicants / Associates will provide the following information to the introducer Applicants / Associates at the time of sale, namely (a) His/her own Name, address, registration number or enrollment number, identity proof and telephone number of the Applicants / Associates and details of Firm; (b) A description of the goods or services to be supplied; (c) Explain to the Applicants / Associates about the return policy of the Firm in detail before the transaction (d) The order date, the total amount to be paid by the Applicants / Associates along with the Proforma Invoice / Invoice; (e) Time and place for inspection of the sample and delivery of goods; (f) Information of his/her rights to cancel the order and/or return the product in saleable condition and avail full refund on sum paid; (g) Details regarding the complaint redressal mechanism.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY
  1. Request for cancellation of Booking order transaction and request for 100% (Hundred Percent) refund of Advance Amount will be entertained if done within “ Free Look Period” i.e. Seven Days From the Date Of Booking.
  2. Partial cancellation of order is allowed during Free Look Period. If the first order is cancelled then the subsequent order in the same cart or as the case may be, will be treated as “First order”.
  3. Under any circumstances, the amount once paid for the product will not be refunded after the “Free Look Period”. The Applicants / Associates will have to purchase the booked product or choose other product at new terms and conditions prevailing at that point of time.
